By accessing or using the PixUp AI website (pixupai.com), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms help ensure a safe and reliable experience for all our users.

2. Description of Service

PixUp AI provides an AI-powered fashion studio platform that allows users to generate on-model imagery, perform virtual try-ons, and use various e-commerce tools. The services are provided on a subscription or credit basis.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Registration: You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • Free Trial: We offer a one-time 7-day free trial with 10 credits. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed monthly. Credits for paid plans reset each month and do not roll over.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to process these images solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.

Generated Images

You own full commercial rights to the images you generate using PixUp AI, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You may use them for your e-commerce store, marketing, and advertising.

5. Prohibited Conduct

PixUp AI is intended only for lawful fashion, product, ecommerce, and marketing content. You agree not to upload, request, generate, edit, distribute, or attempt to generate:

  • NSFW content: Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or erotic content, sexual services, fetish content, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Content involving minors: Any sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or age-inappropriate depiction of a minor or a person whose age is unclear.
  • Deepfakes and face swaps: Face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive identity edits, impersonation, identity cloning, or content that makes a real or identifiable person appear to say, do, wear, endorse, or participate in something they did not.
  • Unauthorized likeness use: Content using a real person's face, identity, voice, body, biometric characteristics, or recognizable likeness without all necessary rights and explicit authorization.
  • Public-figure impersonation: Content recreating or manipulating the likeness of celebrities, politicians, government officials, or other public figures.
  • Harassing, humiliating, defamatory, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, trademark, copyright, or other rights.
  • Requests intended to bypass, disable, probe, or evade moderation controls or model safety protections.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
  • Share your account credentials with others.

6. Image and Identity Requirements

You may upload and process an image only when you own it or have all necessary licenses, permissions, releases, and consents. You must not upload an image obtained through surveillance, deception, account compromise, or another invasion of privacy.

Identity-reference functionality is limited to model assets supplied through PixUp AI's model library. Custom or external identity images are not supported. Product-editing workflows must not be used to preserve, imitate, or manipulate the identity of a person shown in an uploaded product photograph.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use and publication of uploaded and generated content complies with applicable laws, advertising rules, platform policies, and any model or property releases.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

PixUp AI uses automated moderation, restricted identity references, generation guardrails, and model-provider safety controls. These controls apply across applicable models and generation workflows. They may block prompts, inputs, or outputs before a result is delivered.

We may refuse a request, remove content, limit or suspend features, preserve relevant records where legally permitted, or suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. Attempts to evade moderation are themselves a violation. Credits are not intentionally charged for a request blocked before generation.

Automated controls may occasionally block permissible content. Contact us if you believe a request was blocked in error. PixUp AI does not guarantee that every unsafe request will be detected, and users remain responsible for complying with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

PixUp AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
